1. How do I order a custom painting of my pet?
You can place your order directly through our website here. Your order confirmation email will include a form to upload images of your pet and help us get to know them.

2. Will I get to see the painting before its shipped?
We’ll reach out to confirm any final touches before shipment. In order to stay true to our artistic process, only minor adjustments can be made.

3. How long does it take to complete a custom pet painting?
Due to the longer drying time of oil paint, please allow up to 2 weeks for your painting to be completed.

4. Can you include multiple pets in one portrait?
Absolutely! There may be an additional charge of $50 per each extra subject.

5. What materials do you use?
We use hand-mixed oil paints directly onto durable pine plywood boards. These high-quality materials ensure each piece is vibrant, textured, and long-lasting.

6. How do I care for my painting?
To keep your portrait looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity. If it gets dusty, gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth.

1. Custom Orders

• All portraits are made to order and tailored to the photos and details you provide. Please double-check all submitted information, as changes may not be possible after production begins.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that artistic interpretation is part of the creative process.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your place in the queue.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order and haven’t yet uploaded an image we will provide a full refund. If we’ve already received your image only a partial 50% refund can be provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Australia Post shipping times vary from 2-10 business days depending on your location.

• While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

• Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• All artwork remains the intellectual property of Oil & Paw. We reserve the right to use images of completed paintings for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we take great care in packaging, minor imperfections or delays caused by shipping are beyond our control. Please contact us if there are any issues upon delivery.
